Are you ready to hit the road this summer? It’s time for the 2026 edition of MAF’s popular Architecture Road Trip article series!
The theme for this edition of the series is Building for the Arts. Throughout the summer, MAF will highlight various museums, auditoriums, theaters, and libraries throughout the state of Michigan.
Michigan is home to hundreds of historic buildings that are intended for the arts, several which are marked as Historic National Landmarks. This includes the Fox Theatre, the Detroit Industry Murals at the Detroit Institute of Art, and the Henry Ford Museum.
