Do you love taking photos of Michigan architecture as much as we do? Want the chance to see your photos (and photo credit) featured on MAF’s website and social media? What about the opportunity to win some prize money too? MAF is proud to announce its annual photography competition, “Architecture Inspires”.
MAF invites and challenges anyone with a camera to show how ‘Architecture Does It’ to motivate, inspire, and connect with people. We are looking for those one-of-a-kind inspirational images showing a unique relationship between people and buildings, and which demonstrate how architecture enriches life. All photos must contain some representation of architecture and people from places in Michigan.
Don’t have professional photography equipment? No worries! Use your cell phone camera and your love of architecture to capture the winning image.
Judges will award winners for prizes, as follows:
1st PRIZE: $1,000
2nd PRIZE: $750
3rd PRIZE: $500
HONORABLE MENTION: $250
The entry fee is $10 per photographer. Each photographer can enter up to 10 photos for the flat fee, as long as they work within the rules for the competition.
