MAF is pleased to announce that a Damian Farrell Architecture Awareness Grant has been awarded during its second round of 2026 grants. The grants provide financial assistance to organizations and individuals that organize, sponsor, and promote events, lectures, publications, and experiences that increase awareness and appreciation of architecture.
The grant has been award to AIA Grand Rapids to support their 2026 Honor Awards program video and media production. The mission of AIA Grand Rapids is to unite and amplify the voices of the architectural profession to empower and inspire our members and communities. This year’s event will be held on October 8, 2026, at GLC Live at 20 Monroe in Grand Rapids.
